Mission

Our mission is to revitalize distressed communities by improving the living conditions of underprivileged children, the elderly, people with special needs, and low income families. We will donate or sell items at a price significantly below fair market value; items in transportation, furniture, and real-estate and or any other items that will help improve the lives of underprivileged families and individuals.

Company Values

In pursuit of our goals, our organization will conduct our business practices with integrity and ethical treatment towards all of our community members, clients and affiliates. We will provide our community with a sense of responsibility and accountability. We want to show our community that we are an honest and responsible organization with strong values. Our organization values team work and keeping a sense of unity, among our staff, Officers, company affiliates and community members. Our organization is focused and determined to help revitalize communities in need, and we believe that our organization can play a role in improving the life of under privileged children, the elderly, people with special needs and low income families.

Vision

Our vision is to become a very successful nonprofit organization highly accessible to the members of our community. We envision a South Florida community where everyone has an opportunity to live in a safe and clean environment and regards of income or social status.

Brief History

Community Improvement Organization Inc. was established on July 11, 2008 as a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a public charity status in Miami, Florida. Iris Paguada and Juan Paguada are the original founders of Community Improvement Organization Inc. CIO has provided services to over 2400 members of our local communities from Late 2008 to the present. Iris Paguada holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Juan Paguada holds the Chief Operations Officer.
